As a Client Relations Specialist for Tremont First Financial Services, Morgan Hauser provides support to our team on all types of administrative tasks, including account opening, preparing paperwork, coordinating client appointments, and much more. She is passionate about forming relationships with our clients to better understand their financial goals, and working together with our team to create a plan to help them meet those goals.
A graduate of MacMurray College and American Public University with a Master of Science degree, Morgan worked in higher education for six years as a collegiate head coach and assistant athletic director. In 2022 she entered the financial industry as a Customer Experience Specialist II at the First National Bank in Tremont, before transitioning to Tremont First Financial Services in 2023. Her goal is to become licensed as a Financial Advisor for the investment division, and she is currently working on earning her FINRA Securities Industry Essentials and Series 7 licenses.
A native of Moline, Morgan now lives in Elkhart with her boyfriend, Steven, and sons, Isaiah and Jaylen, as well as their rescue puppy, Honey. Morgan and her family enjoy staying active and spending time together with activities like volleyball, school sporting events, and taking their puppy for walks. Morgan appreciates the First National Bank in Tremont’s commitment to staying active in their communities. She has enjoyed spending time with her coworkers running concessions at Railer football games, making baskets for silent auctions, and assisting the Central Illinois Veterans Commission in fundraising for their Tiny Home projects.
